ELM SURFACING
We have built the whole company around the successful and reliable reinstatement service that we provide to all of our clients and customers. We know everything about reinstatement there is to know. We can provide 24-7 coverage and can do anything from a patch in the footway to full width carriageway reinstatement, be it commercial, private or even specialist works. We have a range of vehicles which enables us to cater for every eventuality with black or white top reinstatement operatives. Elm Surfacing Ltd have also been on the local authorities list of approved contractors for the past seven years carrying out vehicle crossing alterations and have a proven track record with absolutely no come backs. ELM UTILITIES
Our Utility department offer turn key solutions for any civil engineering project. We have digging crews that are mobile 24-7 and can be arranged for any size works.
We believe that knowledge and experience should go hand in hand with training and certification, this is why our training matrix is kept strictly up to date to ensure our work force employ good working practice.

GRAB HIRE SERVICES
We can provide 4, 6 or 8 wheeled grab vehicles to ensure that we can deliver or clear any size pile. We can provide Type 1 MOT stone, any aggregates, topsoil and hard landscaping materials. We also provide civil engineering support grabs to deliver ducting, chambers or specialist materials with day work rates available for being on site to clear and deliver when required.

SWALE PLANT HIRE
This is our newest addition to the "Elm Group" to increase reactive response within the civil engineering sector and to offer customers the benefit of a fine fleet of plant available for hire. Swale Plant Hire offers a fleet of excavators and dumpers ranging from 1 tonne to 5 tonne with the options of self drive or operated by our experienced personnel and backed up by a wealth of knowledge and know how built up over many years of experience.
